What YOU See First in the Image Reveals YOUR Hidden Fears!
Eye to eye with fear. We all have fear. Some more, some less, and yet fears are a constant companion of us humans. Not only do they paralyze us, but above all they fulfill an important task in our lives: they warn us of impending danger. Once again, the decisive factor is the dosage, which once again covers the entire range between remedy and poison. Fears are irrational, very personal and still a taboo subject in our society. Hardly anyone hangs it out to dry that they have a panic fear of being alone, of an illness, or of speaking in front of large crowds.
It’s true a little fear can be life-saving, but too much of it can make our lives difficult or unbearable. The trick is to control our fears, not to let them control us. As always, the first step in the right direction is self-awareness. Following the motto "danger recognized, danger averted," we can always stay one step ahead of our secret fears. Look at the picture. Which detail of it catches your eye first? Depending on your answer, it will give you clues about what you're afraid of.
1. The trees.
They represent an inner conflict that needs to be resolved urgently. If you have recognized both trees at the same time, you are in a state of inner conflict. You should make decisions and take a stand for one side. But this is sometimes easier said than done. When your life gives you contradictions and unclear circumstances, you have to regain control over them. As long as things are in limbo, you won't be able to find true peace of mind.
2. The strawberry.
In its case, the symbol itself is less important than its position in the center of the picture. The sweet fruit is exactly the centerpiece of this illustration, which already gives us a clue to its message. Your fears have to do with feelings, especially with love. Even with love, too much or too little can be equally bad for us. Maybe you have given your heart away too often in the past or it was broken and you are still suffering from the consequences today.
Fear of love is unfortunately widespread. The most beautiful feeling in the world can turn into a real roller coaster of emotions, which at some point makes it impossible for us to feel comfortable with it. Only the right people will eventually manage to restore our confidence in love. Until then, we will protect our heart with an impenetrable armor and our fear will be a constant companion at our side.
3. The teddy bear.
It represents a piece of childhood and especially the comforting function that it or another stuffed animal had at that time. You may be longing for a strong shoulder to lean on at the moment and at the same time feel the fear of having to face the challenges in your life alone forever. You may not currently have a partner to support you.
It can feel even worse, however, if someone is theoretically available, but they leave us alone and out in the cold in our time of need. In this case, you are afraid to ask yourself whether it would not be better to make a final decision here instead of being disappointed again and again.
4. The spider.
Admittedly, the insect with crab legs that rappels over the unsuspecting girl's head would probably be considered repulsive by most people. Still, it's interesting that this detail, of all things, caught your attention. The fear of spiders itself is very common. Arachnophobia has been known to science for a very long time. Numerous therapeutic approaches have also been developed in the fight against this pronounced fear.
But of course, the spider also has a symbolic character. You may not feel safe in your environment. Your environment does not give you the support and security you desire. Maybe you can't even explain the threat, but only feel or sense it. But each of your days holds insecurities and a sense that this is not the place for you.
5. The girl.
The girl sitting peacefully on the ground represents our inner child. It is known to accompany us throughout our lives in many different ways. If you spotted this detail first in the picture, there may be unresolved issues from your childhood that still make you uncomfortable. The possibilities here are many.
From a real trauma that you repressed, to a loveless home or heavy losses that you had to deal with very early in life. But the girl also represents the fear of being hurt. Like a child's soul, we are exposed throughout our lives to attack by people who do not mean well by us. However, those who are too afraid that closeness could mutate into an emotional boomerang will, conversely, very soon find themselves alone in the open.
We should therefore not ignore our inner child, we should take it by the hand, give it credit for standing by us so faithfully and admonish us whenever we expose our sensitive and vulnerable side unprotected to the potential dangers of everyday life.
6. The butterfly.
The beautiful insect that turns from a less-than-pretty caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly represents development and progress. However, the butterfly can also remind us of missed opportunities that we still mourn. If you spotted it first in this picture, your fears may be about missing out on life in all its fullness.
You can't always decide right away, or you may think you should have decided differently in the past. You want to get the most for yourself out of your existence and fear that this will hardly be possible for you with all the opportunities and options that we humans are presented with in the present. Perhaps you think that there have already been failures that cannot be made up for. But don't worry, we cannot miss or prevent the things that are destined for us.
Our conclusion
Make your fears your ally. According to the old adage, "If you can't beat 'em, make 'em your friend," we should do the same with our fears. Provided, of course, that they haven't yet reached crippling proportions. Fear can be a bad advisor, but at least it provides us with information and points us to it in moments of danger.
If we listen to it, it can provide us with valuable services and show us the weak points in our lives that still need to be worked on. We must never let our fear win, but listening to it occasionally can be life-saving. If you are uncomfortable with people or in certain situations, your fear is advising you to stop dwelling here. Living in uncertainty and fear is a waste of precious life time.
